With the 40 oz Tumbler with Handle, the sublimation printing process can be broken down into 4 easy steps. First, select your desired designs and print them out using sublimation ink on the appropriate paper. Next, wrap the printed sublimation paper around the tumbler, securing it with sublimation tape. If using a sublimation oven, add a shrink wrap film as well.

For the actual sublimation printing, two methods can be utilized - Tumbler Heat Press at 356°F for 50 seconds, or a Sublimation Oven at 356°F for 6 minutes. Once the printing is complete, the result is a beautifully customized 40 oz tumbler with handle.
