4 Steps for Sublimation Printing on a 40 oz Tumbler with Handle

The 40 oz sublimation tumbler with handle is ready for sublimation printing using either a tumbler heat press or a sublimation oven. With its premium coating, the printed designs will come out bright and vibrant, not foggy.

Step 1: Print the Designs Select your desired designs and print them out using sublimation ink on sublimation paper.

Step 2: Wrap the Tumbler Wrap the printed sublimation paper around the tumbler, securing it with sublimation tape. If using a sublimation oven, add a shrink wrap film over the wrapped paper.

Step 3: Sublimation Printing There are two methods for sublimation printing: - Tumbler Heat Press: Set the temperature to 356°F and the time to 50 seconds. - Sublimation Oven: Set the temperature to 356°F and the time to 6 minutes. Before printing, remove the plastic handle, lid, and straw.

Step 4: Printed Tumbler Once the printing process is complete, you'll have a beautifully customized 40 oz tumbler with handle.
